To Whom it May Concern

I have been a member of our CORES Group since it began 5yrs. ago.

With the training we have had it makes me more aware of the signs to look for if a person is struggling and to be able to get alongside them.

In being part of our CORES Group we also have some good social times together and we encourage one another.

Dianne Brown.

The excellent manner and presentation skills made the course interesting yet to the point.
There were lots of opportunities to practice and take part in inquires.

Also made me think about how I would react to certain situations and thanks to the skills I obtained I now feel confident to be able to do so in a positive manner.

The trainer Coralanne is so passionate about the subject that you cannot help becoming so yourself.

Carole French.
